PILLRZ is a growth and distribution agency. Pulse (pulse.pillrz.com) is our AI search visibility product. It shows brands how often ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity mention them, which sources the AI engines cite, and what to fix to get recommended more. The first audit is free. We're hiring a BD intern to own Pulse growth on two fronts: signing clients and bringing in recent users.

What you'll do
Get clients
• Build lead lists of brands, agencies, SaaS and fintech companies that care about AI search visibility
• Run outreach on LinkedIn, email and X to founders and marketing heads
• Offer the free audit as the opening, then follow up with the report to move them toward a subscription or retainer
• Book demo calls for the founding team
• Track every lead through the pipeline in our CRM Get users
• Drive signups for the free Pulse audit through communities, founder groups, X and LinkedIn
• Partner with creators, newsletters, college communities and startup groups to reach new users
• Test outreach angles and channels, then double down on what converts




• Follow up with users who ran an audit and nudge them toward the next step
• Collect user feedback and pass it to the product team Weekly reporting Leads contacted, calls booked, clients closed, new audit signups and activation rate. Who we want
• Strong written English and ease with cold outreach
• Interest in AI, SEO, marketing or startups, and curiosity about how AI search is changing discovery
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable working to weekly targets
• Students or recent grads welcome
• Bonus: prior sales, BD, community or growth experience, even from side projects or college What you get
