You may have worked on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or X (Twitter). You may have grown your own page, helped a friend grow theirs, or worked with a brand. What will you do?
• Plan what to post and why.
• Make content plans for one or more social media pages.
• Study why some posts do well and others do not.
• Find new ideas and test what works.
• Help more people find, watch, read, and share our content.
• Work with people who make, edit, and post the content. Who should apply?You must have at least one year of experience in one of these areas:
• Social media strategy or analysis.
• Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or X (Twitter). You do not need to have worked at a company. You can apply if you have grown your own page, helped a friend grow their page, or created content on these platforms for at least one year. But real experience is a must. You should know more than how to post.



You should be able to explain why a post works, who it is for, and what makes people stop, watch, read, or share it. You do not need to make every video or design every post yourself. Others can help with that. But you must know what to post and why. If you have only watched other creators or copied their ideas without learning why they work, please do not apply. Where will you work?This is not a remote job.

Location:
Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
• Work days: 6 days a week, in the office
• Travel: You must be ready to travel to our Delhi or Gurgaon offices when business needs require it. Please apply only if you are comfortable with these work needs.
