Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage demand tracking, staffing coordination and interview scheduling ✅ Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities ✅ Resolve timesheet, access, asset and billing-related issues ✅ Track compliance, mandatory training and background verification ✅ Maintain operational trackers, dashboards and KPI reports ✅ Coordinate with clients, delivery teams, finance and staffing teams ✅ Identify process improvements and ensure timely task closure ? Required Skills
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Operations, Delivery Operations, Resource Management or Workforce Management
• Robust Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and data reporting
• Understanding of utilisation, billability, non-billable hours and margins
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
