• Website Development & Maintenance
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating company websites and landing pages.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly website designs.
• Identify and resolve website bugs, broken links, and technical issues.
• Support website speed optimization, performance, and security improvements.
• Front-End Development
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop interactive website features and booking-related interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Travel Platform & Booking Integration
• Assist in developing and improving travel booking modules for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and other services.
• Support API integrations with third-party travel service providers.
• Assist in integrating payment gateways, enquiry forms, and CRM systems.
• Support automation of website-based customer enquiries and lead generation.
• SEO & Website Optimization
• Implement basic technical SEO best practices.
• Optimize website loading speed, images, and page structure.
• Assist in integrating Google Analytics,



Google Search Console, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve website conversions.
• Testing & Technical Support
• Perform website functionality testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and development records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for website updates and enhancements.
• Assist with deployment, hosting, and routine website maintenance. Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed B.
Tech, BCA, MCA, B.
Sc. IT, Computer Science, or a related qualification. Required Skills
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with React.js, PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of website hosting, domains, and technical SEO.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Timely completion of assigned development tasks.
• Website functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
• Number and quality of resolved technical issues.
• Accuracy and quality of website updates.
• Contribution to website improvements and conversion optimization.
