Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and adjusting machine parameters to achieve accurate machining results. The role involves inspecting finished parts, performing basic quality checks,



and maintaining production records to ensure consistency and compliance with standards. The CNC Operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, identify minor issues, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve processes, efficiency, and safety on the shop floor. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Machining and Milling processes.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Quality Control practices in manufacturing.
• Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, diploma, or vocational training in mechanical/production engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of CNC controls, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and safety procedures.
• Prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist in an industrial or manufacturing workplace is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team-oriented production setting.
