About the Role
ArtUs Academy is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Academic Consultant responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting enquiries into admissions. The role focuses on building relationships with students, understanding their career goals, and motivating them to enrol in suitable courses at our academy. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets and contribute to the academy's growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels using company-provided leads.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, duration, perks, and career opportunities.
• Convince and motivate prospective students to enrol in courses offered by ArtUs Academy.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their parents.
• Handle enquiries, address concerns,



and resolve doubts related to courses and admissions.
• Guide students through the admission process and assist with enrolment formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional enquiries and improve admission conversions. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and student engagement abilities.
• Ability to convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve targets.
• Confidence in handling calls and communicating with students and parents.
• Previous experience in academic counselling, educational sales, admissions, or business development is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a target-oriented mindset are welcome.
