Job Description
We are looking for 1-2 Years experienced Desktop Support Engineer for our Chennai Branch.

Requirements:
• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
• Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems. .
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
• Trouble shooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner and peripheral devices.
• Hands on experience in New User creation, AD creation along with OS Installation and Office 365 Mail.
• Hardware level experience in CCTV, Bio-metric devices, Wi-fi devices
• LAN cable placing and crimping,



Knowledge in Router and switches are added advantage
• Course completion in Office 365 Admin and similar courses are most welcome.
• Need to have Decent English communication Qualification:

Education:
Diploma/U.
G/P.
G in related field/IT

Experience:
1 to 2 Years experience of relevant experience
