₹30,000–₹35,000 per month + incentives Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can manage company-generated leads, build relationships with prospective buyers, conduct site visits and convert qualified prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact and qualify incoming leads promptly.
* Understand clients’ budgets, requirements, investment objectives and purchase timelines.
* Recommend suitable projects based on client needs.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records in Sell.do CRM.
* Schedule and accompany clients on property site visits.
* Handle objections, coordinate negotiations and follow up until closure.
* Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, payment plans and competing projects.
* Coordinate with developer sales teams for availability, offers, documentation and booking formalities.
* Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales-pipeline updates.




* Work towards agreed monthly targets for qualified prospects, site visits and bookings. Requirements
* 2–5 years of relevant real estate sales experience, preferably in Gurgaon.
* Experience handling leads, site visits and negotiations independently.
* Good verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems; Sell.do experience is an advantage.
* Strong follow-up discipline, commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
* Willingness to travel locally for site visits and attend client meetings as required. Compensation Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹35,000, plus incentives linked to eligible business closures under the company’s incentive policy.
