5+ Years Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping / CHA / Supply Chain Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for our Freight Forwarding Division to manage both Sales & Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international freight forwarding, customer relationship management, shipment coordination, and business development. The role requires excellent communication, commercial understanding, and operational expertise in both Air and Sea Freight.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Develop recent business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import & Export, and Logistics Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and transport partners.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate freight rates with customers and vendors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking and client visits.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for business development and pricing. Operations
• Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Import and Export shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.




• Ensure timely execution of shipments and documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company SOPs.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain shipment records. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
• Hands-on experience in Freight Sales and Operations.
• Good understanding of Import & Export documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software. Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Shipping will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Companies, CHA, Shipping Lines, NVOCC, or Logistics organizations.
• Robust customer network and business development skills will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
