We are currently hiring for a Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure) role with Tech Mahindra, supporting a large-scale (banking) program, based out of Navi Mumbai, Belapur Seawoods (Work from Office).

About the Role
Work Location -Navi Mumbai, Belapur Seawoods 24/7 availability 5 Day a week from Office and alternate weekend working as per Banking industry. Work from customer Site. Banking industry experience. Documents required for BV purpose – (Must have EPFO Service History records with supporting documents for the past 5 years is mandate) Responsibilities
• Manage large infra programs / managed services delivery
• Act as SPOC for customer (banking environment)
• Drive incident/RCA, capacity planning, and service excellence
• Handle stakeholder management, escalations, and P&L; ownership Qualifications
• Educational Qualification – BE/B.

• Work Experience – Min. 25 years Required Skills
• Solid Infrastructure technical background (60%)
• Program/Delivery ownership experience (40%) Preferred Skills Experience across multiple infra domains such as:
• Middleware (WebSphere / WAS / Weblogic)
• Linux / OS Administration
• Oracle / DB exposure
• Monitoring (Dynatrace)
• OpenShift / Container platforms
• ITIL / Managed Services environments
