We’re Hiring: Business Architect | Payments / Commercial Cards We’re looking for an experienced Business Architect to drive large-scale business transformation across Payments / Commercial Cards. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business strategy into a transparent Target Operating Model (TOM), future-state customer journeys, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps. - 10yrs to 15yrs location -Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon Responsibilities
• Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and target business model
• Develop business capability maps across product ranges
• Design future-state customer journeys
• Facilitate AS-IS journey workshops and identify opportunities for process simplification
• Drive process standardisation and optimisation across regions




• Define target states and develop phased transformation roadmaps
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and operational resilience requirements
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive transformation Required Skills
• Strong experience in Payments and/or Commercial Cards
• Hands-on experience in Operating Model Design
• Strong Customer Journey Mapping experience
• Expertise in Process Architecture, Simplification & Optimisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across complex, multi-region transformation programs
