Role Description The Site Engineer at RDS Digital is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing civil and structural work at project locations. This role includes supervising in office construction activities, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Site Engineer will conduct regular inspections, monitor project progress, maintain accurate site documentation, and report deviations or issues to project managers. Daily tasks also involve resolving technical challenges on site, communicating effectively with stakeholders,



and supporting timely project delivery within budget and scope. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing day-to-day construction activities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with safety, design, and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to building and infrastructure projects.
