Role Description The Founder Office – Marketing and Daily Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will work closely with the founder to support day-to-day business operations, including coordinating schedules, managing internal and external communications, and tracking key projects and deliverables. They will assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns, content coordination, brand partnerships, and basic performance tracking. The role involves liaising with vendors and partners, preparing reports and presentations,



and ensuring smooth operational workflows across teams. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, and passionate about healthcare and wellness. Qualifications
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle daily operations and multiple ongoing projects.
• Marketing-related skills such as basic digital marketing, social media handling, campaign support, and brand communication.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, report writing, and presentation preparation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with founders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools) and learning new systems quickly.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup, healthcare, or wellness-focused organization is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving attitude, integrity, and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a growing company.
