Job Description
Lead the functional strategy and technical direction for pipe bending operations. Provide expertise in advanced bending processes and drive process standardization. Implement global best practices, new technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency across operations. Support Engineering, R&D;, Operations, and Business Development for complex projects. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and HSE guidelines. Develop team capabilities through mentoring and technical training. Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvement. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
