• Preferred for enhanced fellowship: Minimum CGPA of 7.0 in the qualifying postgraduate programme, along with an eligible GATE/NET/SLET score, or the alternative research-publication/patent criteria specified by Karunya.
• Candidates from Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Computer Science, Electronics,



and related disciplines are encouraged to explore eligibility. Monthly Fellowship – Full-Time Ph.
D. (School of Engineering and Technology)
• ₹40,000/month: Eligible GATE/NET/SLET-qualified category, subject to university criteria.
• ₹20,000/month: Other eligible full time Ph.
D. scholars. Fellowship eligibility and award are subject to Karunya University regulations and applicable conditions.
