5-8 Years Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Process Industry Job Summary L&T; Technology Services (LTTS) is seeking an experienced SAP PM Master Data Engineer / Specialist to support maintenance master data management activities for clients in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Process Industry sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating SAP PM master data while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with maintenance and asset management standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, update, and maintain SAP PM Master Data.
• Develop and maintain Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, and Asset Hierarchies.
• Create and update Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Maintenance Strategies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform master data validation, cleansing, standardisation, and bulk data updates.
• Review and interpret engineering documents including P&IDs;, equipment lists, datasheets, asset registers, and tag registers.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy within SAP PM.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and SAP teams to validate asset and maintenance data.
• Support master data migration and quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, and progress dashboards.




• Adhere to project quality requirements and client master data standards. Required Skills and Experience
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM Master Data Management.
• Strong experience with SAP PM / SAP EAM / SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in:
• Equipment Master Data
• Functional Locations (FLOC)
• Asset Hierarchies
• Maintenance Plans
• Task Lists
• Maintenance Strategies
• Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Technical Objects
• Experience in data validation, cleansing, migration, and bulk data uploads.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data preparation, validation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
