Key Responsibilities
? CHA & Freight Forwarder Coordination
• Talk and negotiate directly with CHAs and Freight Forwarders to ensure smooth, end-to-end customs clearance.
• Share all required import/export documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) with CHAs on time to avoid custom delays.
• Resolve any customs queries, holds, or documentation issues quickly to avoid extra port fees (demurrage/detention). ? Route & Cost Optimization (Air, Sea, Road)
• Compare and choose the best transport mode—Air, Sea, or Road—depending on how urgent and heavy the shipment is.
