Full-Time | Work From Office Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week Job OverviewNWAY Technologies is looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Lead Qualification Executive with experience in B2B lead qualification within a software/IT company. The candidate will manage inbound enquiries, identify genuine business opportunities, qualify prospects, and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound enquiries received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, and live chat.
• Contact potential B2B clients to understand their business requirements and software needs.
• Qualify leads based on company profile, business requirements, budget, decision-makers, and implementation timelines.
• Attend incoming calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Assign qualified leads to the relevant sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead records, CRM updates, and daily MIS reports.
• Identify duplicate, invalid, spam, and irrelevant enquiries.




• Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead progress and conversion status. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or lead management.
• Prior experience working in a software, IT, ERP, or SaaS company is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer handling.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills. Candidate Requirements
• Must currently reside in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.
• Must be comfortable with a 5.5-day working week, including Saturday working 3hours.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
