Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept development through execution, including space planning, material and finish selection, and coordination with architecture and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, overseeing construction drawings related to interiors, reviewing shop drawings, and guiding FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, manage design timelines, and support project teams during site visits, inspections, and implementation. This role also includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring design quality, and supporting adherence to project budgets and standards. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess solid Interior Design skills, including concept development and detailed design resolution.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills, including understanding of building systems and integration of interiors with overall architectural intent.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills, including efficient layout design and optimization of circulation and functionality.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including preparation and review of detailed interior drawings and documentation.
• Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in India.
