5–8 years About Zudu AI Zudu AI builds enterprise conversational AI solutions, including AI Voice Agents for inbound/outbound calls, call automation and CRM-integrated customer workflows. We help enterprises improve customer experience and automate high-volume interactions. The Opportunity We’re hiring a hands-on player-coach who can lead a small outbound team and personally close enterprise technology deals. This is a revenue-owning role, not just a sales coordination or RevOps position. Responsibilities
• Own enterprise sales end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, paid pilots and closures.
• Manage and coach Founder's Office interns/SDRs; set daily priorities, review outreach and improve conversion.
• Build named-account outbound programs targeting decision-makers in healthcare, insurance/BFSI, BPO/contact centers and high-volume customer-service businesses.
• Develop relationships with CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Contact Center Leaders, IT and Operations.
• Collaborate with product/engineering on technical discovery,



integrations, pilots and deployment plans.
• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, revenue forecasting, deal follow-ups and sales reporting.
• Build repeatable revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships. Requirements
• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS / enterprise technology sales; experience in Voice AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, contact center software or CRM is preferred.
• Personally closed enterprise deals, including outbound-sourced opportunities; able to explain your individual role and results.
• Experience guiding SDRs, BDRs or junior sales teams.
• Strong consultative discovery, executive communication, negotiation and commercial ownership.
• Comfortable selling technical solutions, managing long sales cycles and working directly with founders.
• Willing to work in office in Chennai. What success looks like A predictable qualified enterprise pipeline, an accountable outbound team, paid pilots converted into production deployments and measurable recurring revenue.
