Role Description The Content Strategist at Ombre Bliss will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms to strengthen brand storytelling and customer engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves developing content calendars, aligning messaging with marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across website, social media, and promotional materials. The role includes analyzing audience insights, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and optimizing content for brand visibility and performance.



The Content Strategist will also maintain brand voice, oversee content quality, and contribute ideas that support product launches and brand initiatives. Qualifications
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Experience in Content Management, including organizing, publishing, and maintaining digital content.
• Solid Content Development skills, with the capability to create engaging narratives for products and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for websites, social media, and other digital channels.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, fragrance or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency of tone.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
