Role Description The Accountant at HerboCleanz will manage daily financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation rules, and internal financial controls, while assisting with audits and financial reviews.



The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Qualifications
• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit support processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets, formulas, and reports.
• Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial insights.
• Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a startup, FMCG, or sustainable products environment is beneficial.
