Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications using C#, .
NET Core / .
NET 6+, React.js, and related technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Drive system design, solution architecture, technical planning, and architectural decision-making for complex enterprise applications.
• Lead legacy application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformation, application refactoring, and technology upgrades.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging appropriate Azure services and best practices.
• Drive front-end architecture and development using React.js, including reusable components, state management, performance optimization, and responsive user interfaces.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices, code review processes, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Lead technical discussions,



resolve complex production issues, and drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering team members, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Own delivery commitments, resource planning, task allocation, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, product teams, and distributed engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and deploying enterprise applications to Azure.

• Experience with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and data access technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, and production deployment practices.
