Experience:

Location:

About the Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and highly communicative Product Analyst to join our Product team. This role goes well beyond dashboards and reporting—you will partner closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers themselves to help shape what we build and why. You will combine data-driven thinking with deep product understanding, transforming customer problems, market insights, and competitive intelligence into well-defined product requirements. From discovery through release and adoption, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver solutions that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Research
• Conduct deep research into customer workflows, industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand positioning, identify feature gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and support teams into actionable product insights.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses and product recommendations. Product Requirements & Documentation
• Draft high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Use AI-assisted research and documentation tools (including Claude Skills or similar workflows) to accelerate research, requirement gathering, and documentation while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Ensure product specifications are complete, testable, and clearly understood by engineering and design teams.

• Maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle as requirements evolve. Product Validation & Quality
• Participate in feature reviews, QA demonstrations, and pre-release validations to verify that delivered functionality aligns with product intent and customer expectations.
• Provide product sign-off or recommend changes before features are released.
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to identify functional gaps, usability issues, and edge cases early in the development process. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, implementation discussions, and feedback calls.
• Clearly communicate product capabilities, limitations, and roadmap decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support customer-facing teams by helping explain new functionality and gather structured feedback for future improvements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and contribute to customer training sessions when required. Product Analytics
• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement trends, and feature success measures.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, and usage patterns to inform product decisions.
• Build evidence-based recommendations using quantitative and qualitative data rather than intuition alone.
• Evaluate product experiments and recommend next steps based on measurable outcomes. What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, or similar product documentation.
• Ability to conduct independent research and convert findings into practical product recommendations.
• Comfort working directly with customers and presenting ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Experience participating in feature validation or QA reviews with a product mindset.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints when making recommendations.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Nice to Have While not required, we would especially value candidates who have worked on digital transformation initiatives within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or field operations organizations. Experience in these environments can provide useful context for understanding operational workflows and user needs, but we welcome applicants from all industries with robust product and analytical capabilities. Success in This Role A successful Product Analyst will:
• Produce clear, thoughtful, and implementation-ready PRDs.
• Surface meaningful insights through research and competitive analysis.
• Help ensure features meet both business goals and customer expectations before release.
• Confidently represent the Product team in customer conversations and training sessions.
• Act as a trusted partner to Product Management by combining analytical rigor with strong communication and sound product judgment.
