The RoleWe are seeking a highly driven, energetic Sales Co-ordinator with a background in Mechanical Engineering. This role demands a relentless "go-getter" attitude. You will be on the move, actively driving field sales and expanding our customer base across the Delhi-NCR industrial belts.

Key Responsibilities
• Field Sales & Client Visits: Travel extensively across Delhi-NCR and surrounding industrial areas to meet directly with manufacturing plants, OEMs, and prospective clients.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, confidently present our technical packaging solutions, and drive leads through to successful closure.
• Team Collaboration:



Work seamlessly with senior sales leadership. Provide accurate daily field reports, share market intelligence, and coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth order execution.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with plant heads, engineers, and purchase managers. Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
B.
Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is strictly mandatory.
•

Experience:
0 to 2 years. We highly encourage hungry, aggressive freshers who want to build a solid career in technical B2B sales.
• Mobility: A valid Driving License and personal vehicle are mandatory. You must be comfortable with continuous daily travel.
• The "Go-Getter" Attitude: High energy, exceptional communication skills, and a thick skin. You are motivated by meeting targets and closing deals.
