Role Description We are seeking a full time Articled Assistant to join our team on-site in Karnataka, India. The role involves providing assistance in audits, preparation of financial statements, and taxation. Daily responsibilities include supporting the team in statutory, internal, and tax audits, filing tax returns, handling bookkeeping tasks, preparing reports,



and assisting with other financial and compliance-related tasks. Qualifications
• Knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and auditing principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tax laws, compliance procedures, and return filings
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to learning and professional development
• Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and meeting ICAI requirements for articleship
