About the Role
AeroHub, an aviation-focused business of Maxposure Limited, is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive international client outreach, lead generation, and business opportunities across the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and reach out to airlines and aviation industry clients across international markets. ● Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and market research to build a strong sales pipeline. ● Research prospective clients and identify relevant business opportunities. ● Prepare and coordinate RFPs, RFQs, bids, presentations, and business proposals. ● Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitch materials. ● Manage client follow-ups from initial outreach through proposal submission. ● Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders. ● Use AI tools for prospect research, lead generation,



market intelligence, outreach, and productivity. ● Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and business opportunities.

Requirements:
● 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, or Outreach. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Robust interest in the airline and aviation industry. ● Comfortable communicating with international clients. ● Strong research, presentation, and proposal-writing skills. ● Knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, bids, and commercial proposals is an advantage. ● Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and strong in follow-ups. ● Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
