Role Description The Head – Projects II Commercial Interiors & Workspaces is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery for commercial interior and workspace projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of design and fit-out activities. The role involves overseeing project teams and vendors, ensuring quality standards, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Head – Projects collaborates closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into executable plans and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes monitoring project performance, managing risk, optimizing resources,



and contributing to process improvements and strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications
• Solid project management abilities, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management in commercial interiors and workspace projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, with the ability to drive accountability and performance.
• Experience in design and build environments, with familiarity in interior fit-out processes, quality control, and on-site execution.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green technology, and IoT applications in modern workplaces is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation, and coordinate effectively with architects, designers, and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in leading large-scale commercial interiors or corporate workspace projects in India, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
