We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with solid expertise in analog electronics, ADC-centric signal measurement, and electronic product development. The role focuses on designing precision analog and digital circuits for AC signal measurement, selecting and optimizing ADCs, developing power supply circuits including flyback converters, and ensuring product reliability, manufacturability, and EMI/EMC compliance. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on design expertise with system architecture, technical leadership, and product validation experience.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field.
- 8-15+ years of experience in analog/digital hardware design and electronic product development.
- Strong expertise in ADC selection and application for AC signal measurement, including resolution, sampling rate, accuracy, noise, and signal conditioning.
- Hands-on experience with analog front-end design, op-amps, amplifiers, filters, transistors, and discrete electronic circuits.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, including flyback converters, SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs.
- Experience with microcontroller selection, peripheral interfacing, and hardware-software integration.
- Proficiency in PCB design and EDA tools, with knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT).
- Hands-on exposure to EMI/EMC testing, mitigation techniques, product validation, and safety standards such as IEC and FCC.
- Understanding of component selection, derating, thermal performance, product reliability, and failure analysis.
- Familiarity with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMECA, CAPA, and Why-Why Analysis.




- Experience in energy measurement, metering, or precision measurement products is highly desirable.
- RF design knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong technical problem-solving, documentation, project management, and team leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits, with particular emphasis on ADC-based AC signal measurement and precision analog front ends.
- Evaluate and select ADCs based on signal characteristics, measurement accuracy, resolution, sampling requirements, noise performance, and system constraints.
- Design and optimize signal conditioning circuits using op-amps, filters, transistors, and other discrete components.
- Design, evaluate, and validate power supply architectures, including flyback converters, SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs.
- Define hardware architecture and select reliable, cost-effective components, including ADCs, microcontrollers, power switches, diodes, and capacitors.
- Review PCB designs and ensure compliance with DFM/DFT, EMI/EMC, thermal, reliability, and safety requirements.
- Perform circuit-level debugging, hardware testing, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Apply reliability and quality methodologies, including 8D, FMECA, CAPA, and Why-Why Analysis, to address product issues.
- Translate product requirements into practical hardware solutions that meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with embedded software, validation, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve system-level issues.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, maintain design documentation, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
