Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and creative SMO Executive to manage and optimize our search engine visibility and social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing organic growth strategies across search engines (Google, Bing) and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong balance of analytical skills for SEO and creative flair for SMO to drive targeted traffic, boost engagement, and increase overall brand awareness.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize official social media profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and company updates.
- Develop engaging text, image, and video content (Reels, posts, infographics) in collaboration with graphic designers and video editors.
- Monitor organic reach, engagement rates, click-through rates, and follower growth across all channels.
- Engage actively with the audience by monitoring comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to maintain a strong community presence.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats to maximize reach.





Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 3 years of hands-on experience in organic SEO and social media management.
- SMO Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Sprout Social).
- Content Communication: Strong written English, copy-editing skills, and the ability to craft compelling social media posts and headlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics, draw actionable insights, and convert data into performance reports.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with content writing or copyediting.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Express) or short-form video editing skills.
- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads) is a plus.
