- Proven experience in large-scale on-premises to cloud data modernization and migration programs.
- Hands-on experience migrating:
- SQL Server / on-prem data platforms to cloud-based architectures.
- ADLS-based cloud data platforms into modern analytics ecosystems.
- AWS-hosted operational/contact center datasets into Snowflake.
- Robust, recent hands-on experience with:
- Databricks ( must have)
- Snowflake good to have
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) – (must have)
- Cloud data ingestion and transformation pipelines – Must have
- Experience implementing Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layer architectures.
- Knowledge of both Azure and AWS data ecosystems preferred.
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools in enterprise
