5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and support.
Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
Extensive experience with PeopleTools technologies such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, Application Packages, and Fluid Framework.
Strong experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft integrations with internal and external applications.
Proven experience supporting payroll processing cycles and resolving payroll-related production issues.
Solid understanding of PeopleSoft security, workflow, configuration, and customization frameworks.
Experience troubleshooting application performance issues, interface failures, and complex production incidents.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM integrations and cross-functional business processes.




Experience with data migration, data conversion, and interface development.
Familiarity with reporting technologies such as PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR Reports, and other reporting tools.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
Experience supporting production environments and participating in application release management activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments is preferred.
