Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise financial automation. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and practical experience building LLM applications, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines.

This is a hands-on product engineering role, focused on building new solutions rather than production support or maintenance alone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop production AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build multi-step agent workflows with tool calling, state management, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM providers.
- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and vector databases.
- Build scalable AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance using Langfuse or equivalent observability tools.
- Optimize token usage, latency, reliability, and response quality.
- Deploy AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure traceable, structured, and auditable agent actions.





Mandatory Skills:

- Solid Python programming and independent coding skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on production LLM/GenAI application development.
- Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Production AI agent development and tool/function calling.
- RAG pipelines and vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
- FastAPI or equivalent Python API framework.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and error handling.

Good to Have:

- MCP, A2A, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK, or Semantic Kernel.
- PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Financial domain experience and familiarity with SOX/GDPR audit requirements.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for engineers who have independently written, debugged, tested, and deployed production code. Candidates whose experience is primarily production support, monitoring, prompt experimentation, or AI-assisted code generation without strong coding ownership may not be suitable
