Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams through change management processes, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop project governance frameworks, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and status reports.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing solutions that meet business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager or similar role.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) with robust understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum), Change Management (CSM/PSM), Risk Management (PRINCE2).
- Proven track record in managing complex software development projects involving multiple stakeholders.
