Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator with 35 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and monitoring enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, security, and reliability while troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting day-to-day network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform routine network administration, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, packet loss, DNS, and DHCP-related issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts using network monitoring tools.
- Provide support for VPN connectivity, firewall access rules, and secure network access.
- Investigate network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with server, cloud, cybersecurity, and service desk teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Maintain network documentation, IP address records, configuration backups, and change logs.
- Support network upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and infrastructure changes.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.




- Participate in planned maintenance and provide on-call support when required.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration or network operations.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
- Working knowledge of routers, switches, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or equivalent networking technologies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Experience with VPN technologies, firewall administration, and network access control.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, or Nagios.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, nslookup, and Wireshark.
- Understanding of network security fundamentals and access management.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification.
- Exposure to ITIL-based service management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
