- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to admission enquiries.
- Share basic information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested parents and schedule campus visits or counselling sessions.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team to support lead conversion.
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation goals.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or school admissions preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and valuable telephone etiquette.
- Target-oriented, organised, and parent-friendly approach.
