Position: IT Support Intern
Location: Pune

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS and VPN.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user support.
- Positive communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and assist employees with IT issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for laptop, desktop, printer and application issues.
- Assist with operating system installation, software configuration and updates.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and collection.
- Assist with email, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network, internet and VPN connectivity problems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and device allocation records.
- Log support requests, document resolutions and escalate complex issues.
- Assist with antivirus checks, security updates and routine IT maintenance under supervision.
