Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor billing, payments, discounts, and daily sales reports.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Control operational expenses and minimize stock losses.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Required Skills
