- 5–8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Solid expertise in the following technologies and areas:
- AEM Sites
- AEM Components, Templates, and Workflows
- Editable Templates
- MSM (Multi-Site Manager) / Multi-Site Management
- Sling Models
- OSGi
- HTL (Sightly)
- Java
- REST APIs
- JCR (Java Content Repository)

- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong understanding of:

- Adobe Dispatcher
- CDN strategies and implementation
- Website performance optimization
- SEO implementation
- Web accessibility standards (WCAG)

- Experience designing and developing scalable, reusable component architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront integrations.
- Knowledge of headless CMS architecture and API-driven content delivery.
- Experience with React or SPA-based AEM implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Exposure to analytics implementation and digital marketing ecosystems.
