Role & responsibilities

- Sourcing & Mapping: Search for IT candidates using portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Boolean search strings.
- Resume Screening: Evaluate technical skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, QA) against job descriptions.
- Initial Interacting: Conduct brief introductory phone/video screens to check interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule technical and manager-round interviews across time zones and follow up with candidates.
- Database Management: Keep candidate pipelines, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment spreadsheets updated daily.
- Employer Branding: Assist with candidate communication and onboarding support to deliver a smooth candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA in Human Resources.
- Technical Interest: Basic familiarity with IT terminology, software development roles, and tech stacks.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic ATS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication, proactive "go-getter" attitude, and comfort with cold-calling or outreach.
