- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil works, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as takeoff, measurement, and estimation to determine project costs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide expert advice on cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university.
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, costing, ERP systems, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and rate analysis.
