Role & responsibilities:

- hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Solid JavaScript on both sides of the platform: Glide APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts.
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and update set management.
- Delivered at least one module end to end (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, ITAM, or SPM).
- Experience building REST or SOAP integrations.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams split across locations.

- ServiceNow across at least two full implementation lifecycles.
- Scoped application development, with depth in Flow Designer or IntegrationHub.
- Service Portal widget development including HTML, CSS, and the portal scripting framework.
- Able to break a feature into tasks and guide one or two junior developers through it.
- Performance-aware development: query efficiency, async processing, and instance impact.
