Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud-Native Backend Engineer with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and scale resilient microservices architectures. In this role, you will lead the development of high-throughput distributed systems using Golang (Gin, gRPC) and Python, containerized on Docker and orchestrated via Kubernetes, with asynchronous event-driven messaging powered by Apache Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, low-latency microservices using Golang (Gin framework, gRPC).
- Leverage Python and its automation/testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, FastAPI) to support backend services and automation pipelines.
- Develop event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka for reliable message queuing and real-time data streaming.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment, scaling, and orchestration on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices (unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional architecture, infrastructure, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Core Stack (Mandatory)

- Golang (Expert Level): 7+ years of hands-on backend development with Golang,



strong expertise in Gin framework and gRPC / Protocol Buffers.
- Python Knowledge: Practical, hands-on experience in Python and standard frameworks (PyTest, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s) deployment objects (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Helm) and Docker container management.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Proven expertise with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitioning, Streaming).
- Microservices Design: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC IPC, distributed tracing, and fault-tolerant system design.

Good to Have

- Experience in Telecom, Networking, or high-volume enterprise SaaS environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana).
