Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shift operations and production lines
• Monitor daily production targets and output
• Manage manpower deployment and attendance
• Ensure GMP, hygiene and food safety compliance
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Store teams
• Minimise wastage and downtime
• Maintain production records and reports
• Ensure safe working practices on the shop floor
Eligibility
• Experience in shift handling and manpower management
• Positive communication and team-handling skills
