ideyaLabs is looking for a Business Analyst with 1– 6 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad.

If you have a strong foundation in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies, this is an opportunity to work on technology-driven projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and QA teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements using JIRA.
Support functional testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment between
business needs and technology solutions.

What We’re Looking:
For 1–6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis,



Product Management,
or related roles.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and process mapping.
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Figma will be an added advantage.
Good at Presentations.
