Hardware Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and technical issues.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

- Diagnose system, OS, networking, and peripheral issues.

- Provide on-site/remote technical support to users.

- Available for on-site or field visits.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Hardware/IT Support.

- Valuable knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- IT/Computer Science qualification preferred.

- Availability for field visits.
