We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and solid knowledge of core to advanced Python concepts, with experience in building reliable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Work with Flask, NumPy, Pandas, Celery, PyMongo, MongoDB, RabbitMQ in application development
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
- Use GitHub Copilot and other LLM-based tools effectively to improve productivity
- Use GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
- Build clean, scalable, and high-performance code
- Design and implement asynchronous processing and background job workflows
- Collaborate with product,



frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Use GitHub, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews effectively
- Write efficient code with attention to performance, readability, and maintainability
- Work on an existing, complex application, understand current behavior, and build current enhancements without impacting existing features
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Work with limited documentation and independently learn existing system behavior
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
