Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SDE III DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and production operations.

The candidate will collaborate closely with software engineering, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
- Implement security best practices, secrets management, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability,



and deployment processes.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards, architecture, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related domain.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Python or another programming language.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, security, and distributed systems.
- Experience managing production environments and resolving critical incidents.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Helm, Argo CD, Flux, or GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and high-availability architecture.
- Experience working in Agile and product engineering environments.
