- We are looking for an experienced Management Representative (MR) to lead our management systems, certifications, compliance, audits and business improvement initiatives at our manufacturing plant.
- - The ideal candidate should have strong experience in steel fabrication, structural engineering, scaffolding, formwork, heavy engineering or casting industries, with hands-on knowledge of ISO standards and plant-level systems implementation.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Lead and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- * Manage EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 and ISO 3834-2 compliance requirements.
- * Plan and conduct internal audits, certification audits, customer audits and third-party inspections.
- * Ensure proper documentation, document control and product traceability from raw material to dispatch.
- * Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- * Develop and implement SOPs, quality procedures and process improvement systems.
- * Manage EHS activities, safety audits, risk assessments and statutory compliance.
- * Coordinate with Production, QA, PPC, Purchase, Maintenance, HR and other departments.
- * Prepare monthly management dashboards and conduct management review meetings.




- * Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- * Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain certification validity.
- - Required Skills & Qualifications
- - * 12–18 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as MR, QA Head or Systems Head in an engineering or fabrication plant.
- * B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Production Engineering.
- * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
- * Strong working knowledge of EN 1090 and ISO 3834 or equivalent welding standards.
- * Experience in customer audits, third-party inspections and export-related quality requirements.
- * Good knowledge of EHS, statutory compliance, documentation and Excel-based reporting.
- * Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- - Preferred Qualifications
- - * IWE/IWT welding qualification or EN 1090 Factory Production Control audit experience.
- * ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
- * Experience in hot-dip galvanizing, foundry or heavy fabrication processes.
- * Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
