- Operate and program Carl Zeiss CMM for dimensional inspection of components.
- Develop and execute CMM inspection programs as per drawings and inspection requirements.
- Perform dimensional inspection of machined and cast components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and analyze CMM inspection reports and ensure accuracy of measurement results.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with Production/Quality teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and measurement accessories.
- Ensure proper calibration and accuracy of CMM equipment.
- Support process improvement and quality control activities.
- Maintain inspection records and documentation as per QMS requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, NPD, Quality, and Machine Shop teams for quality-related issues.
